The federal authorities has accepted a 150-day duty-free importation of maize, husked brown rice and wheat as a part of measures to fight rising meals inflation within the nation.
Briefing newsmen in Abuja on Monday, Senator Abubakar Kyari, Minister of Agriculture and Meals Safety, stated the initiative suspends duties, tariffs, and taxes on these imports by each land and sea borders.
