Three males recognized as Jelili Kareem, Oludayo Oludele and Awodeji Muyiwa have been sentenced to dying for armed theft and homicide by Osun State Excessive Court docket sitting in Ile-Ife.
The convicts have been arraigned on fees of conspiracy, armed theft, homicide and illegal possession of firearms earlier than Justice Adedapo Adeniji.
Justice Adeniji held that the prosecution proved all of the elements of the offences towards the defendants past cheap doubt.

He stated the convicts robbed and killed their sufferer, one Adebayo Mukaila.
“They have been later arrested and charged to courtroom of offences bordering on conspiracy, armed theft, homicide and illegal possession of firearms,” Ogunleye stated.
The prosecution counel stated that the offences of conspiracy and homicide contravened sections 516, and 324 of the Prison Code Regulation, Cap 34, Vol 2, Legal guidelines of Osun, 2002.
Based on him, the offence of armed theft contravenes Part 6(b) and punishable below Part 1(2)(a)&(b) of the Theft & Firearms (Particular Provisions) Act, Cap RII, Regulation of Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
The offences of illegal possession of firearms, in accordance with him, additionally contravene Part 27(1)(b)(ii) of the Theft and Firearms (Particular Provisions) Act Cap. R11, Regulation of the Federation of Nigeria, 2004.
Ogunleye, alongside along with his colleague, Mrs Ibukun Adeoye, had referred to as 4 witnesses and tendered reveals to show the offences towards the convicts in the course of the trial.
