Particulars have emerged from the assembly between the Chief of Defence Workers (CDS), Gen. Christopher Musa, and prime safety officers to sort out oil theft and enhance crude oil production.
The assembly, held on the Nigerian Military’s 6 Division headquarters in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, adopted a decision by the service chiefs on Tuesday in Abuja to fight oil theft and enhance production.
In attendance have been the CDS, prime Common Officers Commanding divisions, Commissioners of Police, and heads of safety companies. The Minister of State for Petroleum Sources, Heineken Lokpobiri, and CEOs of NNPC Restricted, Mele Kyari, and NMDPRA, Farouk Ahmed, additionally attended.
