Former Governor of Anambra State and Presidential candidate of Labour Social gathering within the 2023 basic election, Peter Obi, says he’s in help of Nigerian nurses relocating overseas for greener pastures.
Obi acknowledged this over the weekend whereas making a donation of N50million donation to Peter College in Achina/Onneh and N10million to Faculty of Nursing Sciences, Adazi-Nnukwu, yesterday.
Addressing college students of the School of Nursing Sciences in Adazi-Nnukwu, Obi mentioned;
“I’ve all the time advised the Nursing Council to not prohibit you folks from travelling overseas after commencement. If it’s not going to be just right for you right here, go to the place it should be just right for you.
We is not going to advise anybody to remain the place it’s tough for them. If you wish to search greener pastures outdoors, please go. I’m positive that after we construct a better Nigeria, you’ll come again.
