A manhunt for the abductors of an official of the Defence Headquarters, Lieutenant Cynthia Akor and two different residents of the Federal Capital Territory has begun.
It was gathered that safety companies within the FCT have launched a search and rescue operation for the lacking trio.
Punch studies that Akor, a naval officer was kidnapped from her residence within the Mpape space of Abuja alongside two others on the night time of Friday, March 21.
A safety operative who spoke on the situation of anonymity mentioned the abductors are already demanding N100 million for the discharge of the victims.
The supply mentioned, “About three folks have been kidnapped on Friday night time within the Mpape space. A DHQ official, Akor, was amongst them. The abductors have already reached out to their households and are demanding N100m ransom.
“The operation to rescue her and others has began and is ongoing. Police and troopers are already on it,” the supply famous.
Nevertheless, Josephine Adeh, the spokesperson for the FCT Police Command mentioned she was but to verify the incident.
