Over 30 cows have reportedly died after a suspected case of poisoning of the animals in Bassa Native Authorities Space of Plateau State.
Killed underneath mysterious circumstances, the cows – 32 in quantity – belonged to an area herder who operates alongside the Zawura-Jebbu Miango axis, between Dutsen Kura and Jebbu Miango of the state.
Samaila Nuhu, the herder of the deceased cattle instructed a safety professional, Zagazola Makama that the animals began presenting unusual signs after grazing.
Nuhu stated he believes his animals have been poisoned deliberately by some yet-to-be-identified individuals.
Nevertheless, it was gathered that troops of Operation Secure Haven (OPSH) have efficiently intervened within the matter.
The troops have been stated to have been deployed to the world following a misery name obtained by the OPSH.
Additional investigation led to the invention of suspected poisoned greens together with tomatoes and eggs that have been littered throughout a subject with no single residential construction on it.
