Nigerian Basketball Federation Invitations 25 gamers for FIBA U-18 qualifiers in Abidjan

Forward of the FIBA U-18 Qualifying event scheduled to happen in Abidjan from July 29 to August 4, the Nigeria Basketball Federation (NBBF) has introduced a 25-player roster for its coaching camp. The camp will open on Tuesday, July 9, in Port Harcourt.

The invited gamers, who will prepare below the steerage of veteran youth coach Fubara Humphrey, embody 19 home-based skills and 6 gamers from the USA. The house-based gamers chosen for the camp are Bassey Ekpo Effiong, Abraham Boyce Hart, Ikechukwu Divine Chinazom, Emmanuel Ekpo Okon, Duru Augustine Chinedu, Sani Samuel, Tob-Ogu Okechukwu, Ununuma Set Ikpe, Azeez Suleiman, Ebenezer Dawaye Abass, Kpee Favour Komene, Victor Bob-Manuel, Agboola Olamide, Valuable Johha, Simeon Gabriel Okorie, Ezekiel Isaac Oluwatemitope, Daubuna Ibrahimdau-Mutum, Babatunde Abdulsamad Adeshina, and Iwundu Daniel Chibuzor.

The USA-based gamers becoming a member of the camp are Favour Ibe, Ethan Ngboko, David Ugonna, Joan Ojako, Chiozoje Owinje, and Dothan Ijadimbola.

The chosen gamers will goal to safe a spot within the group that may compete in Abidjan. The second section of the qualifiers is about to be held from August 16 to 25 in South Africa. The NBBF is hopeful that this well-prepared squad will carry out strongly and safe a spot within the FIBA U-18 Championships.
